Yay the frame is complete. We had an inspection and just a couple of minor things to repair. Our roof tiles and bricks have been delivered also. Our brick is Boral Port Phillip and we are getting off white mortar as we like the contrast between the bricks and mortar.

Wowsers! That was quick! How exciting! We're back from Tokyo tomorrow, so we're heading straight to our block to see what's been happening... looks like quite a lot!
Did you have an independant inspector come in, or just stuff you guys picked up? We haven't decided whether to engage an inspector...I sometimes think these people only make things worse... undecided...

We just inspected it ourselves but our supervisor told us they have an independant inspector as well that looks at it. It probably costs a bit to get someone else to do it I guess so we just took a good look around and pointed out a couple of things we wanted to get fixed and he said no problem.
